Chocolate Fudge
Rich, smooth, and creamy sugar-free chocolate fudge.
Ingredients
- 24 oz SumFoods chocolate chips (2 bags, or 6 4-oz bars roughly chopped)
- 28 oz sugar-free sweetened condensed milk (2 cans — see recipe)
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Lightly mist an 8x8-inch pan with non-stick spray and line with parchment.
- Place the chocolate, condensed milk, and salt in a large bowl over very low heat.
- Stir continuously until all the chocolate has melted and the mixture is very thick and shiny.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
- Transfer to the prepared pan, smoothing into an even layer.
- Let cool and set, about 1 hour, before cutting into 24 squares.
